Well things are pretty quiet around here after all the excitement of Livestrong Day yesterday. As you can see Casper, Ben and Archie are all taking a well deserved rest.
It was amazing to see that practically the entire Cat Blogosphere went yellow and we were thrilled to be a part of it! You may have noticed in the comments that I left I said we should "Lovestrong" too. I just sort of made that up but felt it was appropriate because it seemed to me that the mass CB participation was an illustration of love. We all came together for family, friends, pets and each other to fight a common foe, to celebrate and remember, to reach out and give strength...that's textbook love folks :-)

We noticed the "lovestrong" and it gave our mom something to think about.
And we think Sunday is the purrfect day for reflection, however we choose to do that. :-)

Yesterday was an exceptional day of togetherness in the fight against cancer and the suffering it causes. We pray that a cure is found soon.

I hope it raises awareness but I'm not sure how well these memes work. I worry sometimes that it's pure tokenism. Still, if it helps one person find better care or resources, then it's worth it.
Great photos and I do like the lovestrong idea too - very appropriate for LiveStrong.

I really had no idea what to do for Livestrong Day and already had a post scheduled for something else. But finally on Saturday, I came up with something to post and it turned out just right! I think I absorbed the energy from all the other posts on the cat blogosphere!
It was a massive day in the blogosphere!
Yes, it'a been a day for deep reflections here too. The participation by efurryone was awesome.
I's loved the term "Lovestrong" and it is furry important.
It was amazing to see effurryone band together against a common enemy.
