My boys have many embarrassing nicknames that are used regularly. I thought I’d highlight a couple of Jimmy’s today.
When I’m calling around the house trying to locate him I’ll say “Jimmy Jimmer are you upstairs?”, or “where’s my Jimmy Silver Toes?” (obviously his native Canadian name). Sometimes I’ll sing “Jimmy Mack when are you coming back?”, I’m pretty sure he’s a Motown fan. If he’s been naughty he’ll get a formal version of his name like “Jimmy James what have you done”? Strangely, when I call him Jimmy James I sound southern – LOL!

He's growing up into a real hipster teen boy. All hipster teen boys have to sport chin whiskers! Leo is envious and can't wait until he gets some scraggly chin whiskers so he can be a totally cool hipster teen boy too!

Only well-loved kitties have that many nicknames! We're so, so glad Jimmy ended up with you. The silver sheen on his furs is amazing. Such a handsome young lad. Maybe he's just starting to get his chin whiskers. Now you'll have to teach him to shave. LOL!

Cat, To answer your question about Domino's Poll, the contenders were only from this past year, beginning in October 2010.
Dommy Mouse was from 2008. However, I agree, it is my favourite of all time.
We love Jimmy's silvery toesies it makes his paws look as though they have a frill round them.
